Return Policy
The website thesscitybrickingreece.gr concerns exclusively official Lego products. All returns are accepted within 15 working days as long as they meet the following conditions:
- If the product has been shipped incorrectly by the store and its packaging remains intact and closed. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the store due to incorrect shipping. In the event that the product packaging has been opened or torn, the return is not accepted.
- If the product is defective, i.e. contains incorrect content or elements (bricks) are missing from the packaging, the sole responsibility lies with the Lego company.
Refunds are only made for products that fall under the returns policy, as stated.
